Since 1814, IM has been involved in international missions — beginning in Burma and now with programs in over 70 countries.

As part of their core emphasis on evangelism, they also focus on theological education, economic development, health and wellness, abolishing slavery, peace and justice, immigrants and refugees, short-term mission, education, discipleship, and several other concerns.

This website shows specific projects around the world in need of financial help, such as students and schools, improved agriculture, health, and many others that individuals and churches can support. It shows many ways that volunteers with needed skills can share them in many venues. People wishing to help sponsor international school children in several countries can do so through the STEP program.

Overseas short-term mission trips are a major focus of IM. They have prepared some excellent documents on the subject. For more information, send an e-mail to volunteers@internationalministries.org or call 800-222-3872, extension 2164.

IM’s last World Mission Conference was held at the Green Lake Conference Center (80 miles northwest of Milwaukee) July 4-9, 2022. Normally, the next World Mission Conference would be in the summer of 2024. However, they have chosen to cancel the in-person event and replace it with a virtual one. More details will be provided later.
