One way is with their no-cost devotional books which they will send anywere, and mailing charges are also covered. They have the entire New Testament in the American Sign Language (ASL) and portions of the Old Testament. According to their website, there are over 400 sign languages worldwide, 70 million deaf people, but zero complete Bibles in deaf languages. Much of their material is available online.
