They provide individuals and groups going overseas on medical mission trips with medical supplies from what may be currently in stock. For small shipments, there are fees associated with pounds of supplies to help cover MedWish’s costs. The larger shipments have a flat fee. Recipients are asked to apply via the MedWish website at least 14 business days in advance if possible. A list of the basic medical supplies, equipment, and medical furniture they accept and distribute is on their website. Since their founding in 1993, they have helped in 114 countries with over 1,500 shipments. In 2020, 334 shipments were sent.
