For over 20 years, they have refurbished donated ambulances and EMS vehicles for Christian clinics overseas. Sometimes Jeff has been able to go to show new owners how to make the most effective use of them and provide training in advanced first aid. 42 have been sent overseas already. They have also have a nearby warehouse from which they sent medical equipment and supplies to clinics, hospitals, and fire departments in 23 countries.
