Students and graduates in health-based fields preparing to serve health-based mission trips are eligible to apply for the MAP International Health Fellowship and receive up to $3,000 for travel-related expenses. Since the start of the program in 1970, MAP has sent nearly 2,000 fellows to 52 countries.

Fellowships are awarded on an ongoing basis as slots are available.

Applications received by MAP at least two months prior to travel are given preference. Mission placements that demonstrate a Christian-focus and mentorship capacity are also favored.

Students are responsible for finding their own mission trip placement prior to applying for the fellowship.
