METAD means Medical, Education, Training, and Development. This Christian organization acquires and ships humanitarian aid for other NGO’s as well as their own programs. They primarily focus on the acquisition of pharmaceuticals, medical disposables, and rapid diagnostic tests. METAD began in 2001 with the goal of providing health care solutions and community development initiatives to the under-served around the world. Since 2010, they have increased their base of suppliers and have shipped humanitarian aid to over 40 countries. METAD partners with mission groups in Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, and Kenya to support education, community development, and training programs.
